Cancellation policy

Whilst we are aware there are some circumstances that may prevent you getting to your appointment we do have a cancellation policy.

All appointments are confirmed via automated msg service 12-24 hours before scheduled appointments. Text YES to confirm or call the salon to reschedule or cancel. 

Appointments cancelled or not shown up for will be charged the full amount of the appointment unless enough time has been provided and it can be rebooked.

Vouchers

Vouchers purchased through "Vibe Skin + Body" will be honoured until stated expiration date only and no vouchers from "Vibe Skin + Body" will be valid after 22.02.23. Nàdair Beauty vouchers will be honoured in accordance to government regulation (3 years from purchase date) even if stated otherwise on voucher unless in the case of sponsorship or donations. Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and may be unable to be replaced if lost and are unable to be refunded or redeemed as cash/eft.
